Business-grade protection plans for professional device usage.

Aercit Care consists of multiple service and protection plans designed for business customers.

Coverage, service level, and applicable deductibles vary depending on the selected plan and the type of incident. All protection is provided in accordance with standard industry practice and applicable Swedish law.

Standard Warranty (Included)

Included with every device.

Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware and component failures
  • Mechanical and technical faults
  • Battery issues outside normal wear

Does not cover

  • Accidental damage
  • Screen or glass damage
  • Water damage
  • Theft or loss
Deductible

No deductible applies for approved warranty defects

Warranty period

12 months from delivery date

Aercit Care Plans

Flex / Business / Premium

Aercit offers additional protection plans with extended coverage and service levels. Depending on the selected plan, coverage may include:

  • Accidental damage (drops, impact, spills)
  • Screen and glass damage
  • Express repair or replacement
  • Theft and loss protection
  • Priority or dedicated support
  • Global coverage (Premium plans)

Deductibles & Claims

For incidents such as accidental damage, loss, or theft, a deductible may apply. Deductibles are determined based on:

  • Type of incident
  • Device model
  • Selected protection plan

Deductibles follow standard insurance and industry practice. Exact deductible levels are specified in the customer agreement.

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects do not carry a deductible.

How to Start a Claim

  1. Contact Aercit Support via email or customer portal
  2. Follow the provided claim and shipping instructions
  3. Disable Find My iPhone (or equivalent device lock)
  4. Back up all data before shipping

Claim handling and resolution depend on the device, issue type, and selected plan.

Repair & Replacement Time

Repair and replacement timelines vary depending on:

  • Type of damage
  • Device model
  • Availability of parts or replacement units

Aercit provides estimated timelines during the claim process. Exact turnaround times are not guaranteed.

  • Devices must be used in accordance with normal professional use
  • Unauthorized repairs or misuse may void coverage
