Aercit Terms & Conditions (B2B)
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to business customers purchasing products and services from Aercit AB.
Aercit does not sell to private individuals or consumers.
1. Definitions
“Aercit” refers to Aercit AB.
“You” refers to the business customer placing an order.
“Products” refers to devices, accessories, and related services sold by Aercit.
“Aercit Warranty” refers to the commercial warranty provided by Aercit.
2. Customer
By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for providing accurate company, billing, shipping, and contact information. Aercit is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Products
Aercit sells used and refurbished devices and accessories.
All products are professionally tested, restored, and graded according to their condition. Product descriptions and grading are provided for guidance and may show normal signs of use.
Water resistance cannot be guaranteed on refurbished devices.
Where necessary, repairs may be carried out using high-quality third-party components that meet functional requirements.
4. Prices
Prices are stated in SEK and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Applicable VAT will be added on the invoice.
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
Customs duties or import fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer.
Aercit reserves the right to cancel or correct orders in case of obvious pricing or typographical errors.
5. Payment
All purchases are handled via invoice only and are subject to credit approval.
Payment handling and invoicing are managed through one of Aercit’s approved third-party payment partners.
Consumer payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, or similar services are not supported.
6. Order Processing and Delivery
Order processing
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Processing includes order review, sourcing, configuration, and preparation prior to shipment.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on location, availability, and courier conditions.
Aercit is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to incorrect customer information, carrier disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
7. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Aercit’s return policy.
This return policy is offered as a commercial service and is not based on statutory consumer rights.
Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered and must not show signs of excessive use.
Security features such as Find My iPhone (FMI) must be disabled prior to return. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Aercit reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use beyond initial inspection.
8. Liability for Defects
Aercit is liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery and that are reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
The customer is responsible for inspecting delivered products upon receipt and reporting any issues promptly.
9. Aercit Warranty™
Aercit provides a 12-month limited commercial warranty on applicable products.
The warranty includes repair or replacement at Aercit’s discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- screen cracks
- water or liquid damage
- software issues or malware
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
- physical damage such as bending
Security features such as Find My iPhone (FMI) must be disabled before warranty service can be performed.
This commercial warranty applies exclusively to business customers and replaces any statutory consumer warranty rights.
10. Repair Process
Repair times vary depending on the device, issue, and availability of parts.
Estimated repair timelines will be communicated after the device has been received and assessed.
Customers are responsible for backing up all data prior to sending devices for repair. Aercit is not responsible for data loss.
Devices must be securely packaged when shipped for repair.
11. Refunds
Approved returns are refunded via credit note or invoice adjustment.
Once the returned device has been received and approved, the refund is processed within approximately 5 business days.
Refunds or credits cannot be processed if Find My iPhone (FMI) is enabled.
12. Limitation of Liability
Aercit’s total liability is limited to the total value of the relevant order.
Aercit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Aercit is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The version applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
