Aercit Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to consumer customers on the Aercit website.
1. Definitions
- "Aercit" refers to Aercit AB.
- "You" refers to the customer.
- "Aercit Warranty" refers to the commercial warranty provided by us.
2. Customer
By ordering, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate contact and shipping info and be of legal age.
3. Products
Aercit sells used and refurbished iPhones and accessories. Products are graded by condition. Water resistance is not guaranteed. Repairs use high-quality third-party parts where necessary.
4. Prices
Prices exclude state sales tax and customs duties (customer's responsibility). Delivery costs are indicated at checkout. Aercit may cancel orders for material pricing errors.
5. Payment
Accepted via our secure payment partners (e.g., Adyen, Mastercard & Visa).
6. Delivery
Average processing: 0–1 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Aercit is not liable for delays beyond its control (e.g., incorrect info, weather, strikes).
7. Returns
30-day right to return. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt if product is in original condition. "Find My iPhone" (FMI) must be disabled.
8. Liability for defects
Implied warranty for pre-existing faults. Issues must be reported promptly.
9. Aercit Warranty™
- 12-month limited warranty.
- Includes fast repair or replacement.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, screen cracks, software faults, malware, unauthorized opening, water damage, or bending.
- FMI must be off for warranty service.
10. Repair process
Customers are responsible for backing up data and packing devices securely.
11. Limitation of liability
Liability limited to the total price of the order. Not liable for indirect losses (lost profits) or events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).
12. Changes
Terms may be amended without prior notice. The version at the time of order applies.
